About me
Licensed Psychologist | Online Therapy for Expats
I am Malin, a licensed psychologist in Spain. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a clinical specialization and a Master’s in General Health Psychology from Universidad Europea de Madrid (UEM).

For nearly five years, alongside my studies, I have worked in the mental health field, supporting people facing a wide range of challenges - from anxiety, depression, and stress to trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.

Originally from Norway, I spent almost six years living and studying in Spain. As an expat myself, I understand how challenging it can be to adapt to a new culture and environment, and how important it is to feel truly seen, heard, and understood.

That’s why I offer therapy in English, Norwegian, Spanish, and Swedish - so you can express yourself in the language that feels most natural and safe.
Above all, I aim to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel supported in making meaningful changes in your life. My approach combines empathy, evidence-based methods, and an understanding of your unique context to help you navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence.

My Therapeutic Approach
My therapeutic approach is based on Behavioral psychology and Behavior Analysis, which explore how our thoughts, feelings, and actions are shaped by our life experiences. I will help you identify patterns, understand the factors that sustain your challenges, and guide you with evidence-based techniques to create meaningful, lasting change.

Specifically, we will:

Explore patterns in your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors

Understand underlying factors that keep challenges going

Develop practical tools to cope with daily life and stressors

Practice evidence-based strategies tailored to your situation

Track progress and adjust approaches as needed

Work toward lasting change that fits your life and goals

My Philosophy
Licensed Psychologist | Online Therapy for Expats
I believe therapy is not just about solving problems, it’s about truly getting to know yourself, understanding how your experiences have shaped you, and learning how to live with greater awareness, compassion, and balance.
Therapy offers a safe space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what really matters to you.

Every person’s story is unique, and so is every path to living a life with fullfillment. I aim to meet each client with genuine curiosity and respect, creating a supportive environment where you can explore your emotions, build resilience, and move toward lasting change. My work is grounded in evidence-based psychology, but guided by empathy and authenticity because meaningful growth happens when we feel seen, heard, and understood.
